Custom cakes and Cupcakes

Ellinnet’s custom cakes and cupcakes will be made to suit your inspiration and specifications by skilled designer/owner Tennille Ortiz. Cake costs will vary based upon the detail and design of your custom creation, but the average cost range starts at $7 per serving. There is a minimum order of $250 for custom cakes or $150 cupcakes.

Sugar cookie favors

Ellinnet is well known for not only its boutique cakes, but also for ornate sugar cookie favors, which are available starting at $50/dozen with a 2-dozen minimum order. Cookies are artfully designed and crafted by hand and then individually wrapped in a clear bag with a beautiful matching ribbon. Ellinnet can also offer the option of wrapping your cookie favors in custom gift boxes with personalized labels for an extra charge.

Please Note: All custom desserts are made to order. In order to ensure quality of service and product, all orders must be placed 2-4 weeks in advance. Some rush orders may be able to be honored on a limited basis – please inquire for more details. Delivery is offered at an additional charge beginning at $75, depending upon the location.

Consultations

The Ellinnet shop is open by appointment only, with all consultations/tastings scheduled in advance. To ensure you get the most out of your consultation, the designer requests that you bring in anything that might be part of your inspiration, including: invitations, decorations, photos of your centerpiece, color scheme swatches, or any other elements that might help with the design. The cost of a custom consultation (including tasting) is $30. Consultations scheduled without tastings are free of charge. You will be required to provide a credit card to reserve your space on our calendar. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Any cancellations made outside of this time frame will be charged a $20 fee.

Classes and Birthday Parties

Ellinnet offers many types of classes for adults and children. Classes are usually designed in advance and posted for the whole year, although additional classes may be added to the schedule throughout the year based upon demand and availability. Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and are limited to a certain amount of people in order to assure that each student receives the time and attention he or she needs. Please sign up for the periodic newsletter to be the first to hear about classes in order to ensure that you get the opportunity to reserve your spot. Spaces in classes sell quickly!
